For the first time it appears that despite a weakening economy, paper prices are going up. Customers should be prepared to see marginal increases in print project costs. The causes are increased environmental regulations, closures and consolidations of paper mills, skyrocketing fuel prices, and a weak dollar that makes paper imports more expensive.
